Villa and Gardens

Villa Checks

 

Whilst you are away from your villa we can arrange regular visits to check on the condition and report back to you any problems found such as leaks and other maintenance issues.

Renovation Projects

 

Do you need someone local to oversee works to your villa whilst you are away? Someone to be able to meet with tradesmen on your behalf, take pictures of the progress and report back to you? Just leave it to us. We work very closely with fully registered building companies who specialises in all types of renovation, new builds and swimming pools.  Free quotes are available on request.

Cleaning

Don't come back to a dirty holiday home and have to start your holiday cleaning. We can arrange to have it cleaned for you.

Do you have holiday guests? Let us arrange the changeover cleaning.

Managing Holiday Guests

 

If you are renting out your villa to holiday guests we will arrange the changeovers, cleaning and contact with your guests. We are also experienced in booking administration and can manage this process for you.

Gardening and Pool

 

Don't have access to a gardener or pool technician? We can arrange this and also oversee the management of these services. 

Concierge

 

Do you need a taxi to be arranged? Or perhaps you are wanting to book seats for a show or attend a local cookery course. We can arrange this.
