Renovation Projects
Do you need a qualified Project Manager for your villa renovations? Someone local to be able to meet help you achieve your property dreams? Just leave it to us. As Project Managers we work very closely with fully registered building companies who specialises in all types of renovation, building and swimming pool works. Free quotes are available on request.
Villa Checks
Whilst you are away from your villa we can arrange regular visits to check on the condition and report back to you any problems found such as leaks and other maintenance issues.
Cleaning
Don't come back to a dirty holiday home and have to start your holiday cleaning. We can arrange to have it cleaned for you.
Do you have holiday guests? Let us arrange the changeover cleaning.
Gardening and Pool
Don't have access to a gardener or pool technician? We can arrange this and also oversee the management of these services.
